How to do Cinnamon Roll Recipe:

You Will Need The Following For The Dish:

  • Flour- 600-700 gms
  • Five to six tea spoon fresh yeast
  • Melted butter nearly 5 table spoon
  • Two eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 table spoon full cinnamon
  • 200 grams brown sugar
  • Three fourth butter stick, at room temperature
  • One egg beaten with two table spoon of milk
  • Keep a handful of flour for extra dusting
  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, eggs, yeast, salt, butter and milk until an even consistency is achieved. If the mixture seems too wet or difficult to stir properly because it’s liquidy then add some flour until it firms up enough to create dough. Once ready; put the mixture in a stand mixer and stir until evenly mixed before turning off and setting aside.
  2. Now put the dough in a bowl and knead it by adding dry four or flour if needed and keep kneading it by turning it over on itself as many times as you need.
  3. Leave the dough and allow it time to rise.
  4. Allow the dough to rise for at least an hour before baking.
  5. While this is kept aside for now in a bowl, take the brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Blend them together thoroughly with a non-metal spoon until they are completely mixed – sugar has dissolved. The mixture is now ready.
  6. Once dough has risen, preheat oven to 190 degrees Fahrenheit.
  7. In a plate or bowl, cover with a thin layer of dry flour. Then take the dough and place it over the flat surface so that it reaches at least 1⁄2 thick. Now apply cinnamon paste over top so that it spreads out evenly across the entire piece of bread dough.
  8. Carefully, form a clean coil of dough using even pressure so that the seal does not burst apart. Now, cut into smaller pieces (approximately 3-4 inches). Place these sliced rolls together in spirals – ensuring an adequate amount of space between each strand for growth without overlap.
  9. Now cover the dough once again and let it rise for another 15-20 minutes. Remove the cover, but this time, use a pastry brush dipped in egg wash to paint each roll with an exquisite pattern. Do this twice and keep them aside while you place the baking pan in the oven heated at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes (keeping an eye on them so they don’t burn).
  10. Well, the cinnamon buns are now ready to eat! You can either savor them right away while they’re still hot or eat them chilled when you want some variety. Either way they’re worth every bit of effort put into cooking them!
